We currently have an opportunity for an Analyst, Finance Technology to join our Finance Technology team located at our Winnipeg Head Office.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Technologist, this role supports the administration and ongoing enhancement of Richardson's financial technology solutions, with a primary focus on the OneStream Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platform. Ideal for someone who enjoys combining accounting, business analytics and technology to solve complex business problems. In this role, you will work with enterprise financial data, develop data-driven reports, dashboards and performance metrics, identify business insights that support decision-making, and help drive continuous process improvement through technology.

Responsibilities

  • Support, administer and enhance the OneStream CPM platform
  • Assist with financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities
  • Troubleshoot system issues, investigate root causes, and identify potential solutions
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and workflow solutions that improve efficiency and provide meaningful business insights
  • Support data integration, data quality,  system governance, and system enhancements
  • Create user documentation, deliver training, and collaborate on technology-related projects and system enhancements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Commerce or Business Administration, with a major in Business Analytics, Management Information Systems or Accounting
  • Strong interest in finance technology, analytics, automation, and process improvement
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with OneStream or other financial performance management platforms and/or knowledge of VB.NET and/or SQL considered an asset but not required
