Overview
This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for JobCubby paid plans. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Paid plans are sold through Paddle, our merchant of record, which processes payments, issues invoices, and handles refund requests on our behalf.
Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Pro and Max are subscriptions, billed in advance for each billing period (monthly or yearly). They renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. Before each renewal you can cancel to avoid the next charge.
Cancelling your plan
You can cancel at any time from your in-app Billing page (or through the management link Paddle provides in your receipt). When you cancel, you keep access to your paid features through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you are not charged again. Cancelling stops future renewals — it is not the same as a refund of the current period.
Refunds
Fees are charged in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, grant a goodwill refund — for example for an accidental duplicate charge, a clear technical fault that prevented you from using the service, or a renewal you cancel immediately and have not used. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits rights you may have under your local consumer law. In some regions (such as the EU and UK) you have a statutory right to cancel a purchase within 14 days. Because JobCubby is a digital service supplied immediately, that right may end once you begin using the paid features — but we will always honour refunds the law requires.
Free plan
The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can use it for as long as you like and upgrade only when you need more.
How to request a refund
Email support@jobcubby.com with the email address on your account and the approximate date of the charge, and we'll look into it promptly. As the merchant of record, Paddle may also contact you to complete a refund.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you within the app.
