This role is based in Stockholm

TRATON Charging Solutions, established in 2023 as part of the TRATON GROUP, provides seamless and reliable charging services for commercial vehicles. As an eMSP (e-Mobility Service Provider), it operates a major European charging network focused on heavy-duty vehicles and powers services such as Scania Charging Access and MAN Charge & Go. With structural readiness in 22 European countries and more to come, TRATON Charging Solutions is at the forefront of accelerating sustainable transport through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.

Role Summary

In this role, you will:

  • Set the product direction, roadmap, and backlog for your product domain within the eMSP solution.
  • You will take ownership of product outcomes and partner closely with engineering teams, fostering strong collaboration, innovation, and performance.
  • Work with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues to identify opportunities and solve relevant user problems.
  • Drive product discovery through customer insights, data, user feedback, and market understanding.
  • Prioritize product initiatives that create measurable customer and business value.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Turn customer and business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and development priorities.
  • Contribute to the broader product strategy together with fellow Product Managers and Product Leadership.
  • Use product performance data and customer feedback to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives across product areas and teams within the TRATON Group.

Who You Are

You are a Product Manager with a solid foundation in software product development, ready to take responsibility for a product domain within the eMSP product.

Required qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of Product Management experience in a software, SaaS, or technology company.
  • Experience collaborating closely with software engineers in agile product development environments.
  • Proven ability to manage product backlogs, prioritize initiatives, and deliver value for customers.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience identifying customer needs and turning them into actionable product requirements.
  • Analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban ways of working.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience leading development teams.
  • Experience with digital administration or management portals, SaaS solutions, APIs, subscriptions, payments, billing, or invoicing solutions.
  • Experience working with B2B digital products.
  • Experience working with UX design and frontend engineering teams to create intuitive, user-centered digital products and services.
  • Knowledge of, or experience in, e-mobility, charging infrastructure, fleet management, or energy-related services.

This Is Us

TRATON Charging Solutions (TCS) is a relatively new company within the TRATON Group, the commercial vehicle group of Volkswagen Group, with brands such as Scania, MAN, International, and Volkswagen Truck & Bus. TCS was created to address the key challenge of providing software products that support a seamless charging experience for electrified heavy transport. It is accelerating the transition to sustainable transport by delivering seamless charging services for commercial vehicles across Europe.

TCS is approximately 30 people, with a presence in Stockholm and Munich. It operates as an independent unit within the TRATON Group, with a startup-like setup inside a large corporate environment.
