About the Role: The Assistant Project Manager provides administrative support to the Project Managers and Site Superintendents.

Responsibilities:• Provide daily support to the Project Management teams, including Project Managers, Site Superintendents and Estimator to complete tasks for Renovo projects to ensure timely delivery of the project/grand opening.

  • Assist Project Teams during the Subcontractor buyout, contract completion & invoice training.
  • Assist Project Teams complete the General Conditions coordination and buyout.
  • Set up Procore project requirements and create RFI’s, Submittals & Procurement Log.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and pull weekly financial reports and permit requirements.
  • Schedule & coordinate all inspections.
  • Assist Project Managers in completing weekly project reports for internal and external use.
  • Enter all required project information, including project management teams travel costs, in Procore.
  • Enter all expenses for project management team in Concur.
  • Handle all invoice submission and processing in partnership with Accounts Payable team
  • Act as point of contact for Subcontractors regarding payment.
  • Assist Project Manager with gathering financial information for project updates.
  • Create, coordinate and complete the closeout checklist & all closeout requirements.
  • Assist Project Manager create, coordinate and complete the Punch List.
  • Obtain all 3rd Party and municipal permit and inspection sign offs.
  • Obtain all architectural sign offs, letters of completion, etc.
  • Review, coordinate and complete all owner and tenant closeout requirements.

  • Experience with Procore (preferred).

The expected salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $70,000. The actual compensation will be based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, market and business considerations and other factors permitted by law.
