Products’ customer base grows fast, and we have created several in-house chatbots & quality assurance tools that help us support this growth and manage loads of customer requests.
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure that our software goes into production with zero defects and 100% functionality. You will work closely with Product Owners (PO) and Engineering Manager to validate that all requirements are met and that the final product (AI Agent) operates flawlessly. Your main responsibility will be to thoroughly test, analyze, and break our software before it reaches production.
What Makes You a Strong Match
- Strong understanding of full product development cycles, including software architecture, RESTful APIs, and process flows.
- Expertise in testing automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools).
- Experience in managing QA frameworks and optimizing testing strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break software logically and uncover hidden issues.
- Passion for stress-testing, breaking, and improving software.
- Familiarity with backend, frontend, infrastructure, AI, and content systems.
- Experience in end-to-end testing and ensuring system-wide consistency.
- Ability to identify AI model correctness, backend logic accuracy, and infrastructure reliability.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Do and Learn
- Ensure that software is released into production with zero defects and full functionality.
- Validate that implemented features match the requirements provided by the PO and Engineer Manager.
- Oversee the entire product development process, ensuring seamless operation from code creation to deployment.
- Utilize and manage QA frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
- Apply best practices in testing, including automation tools like Selenium and Playwright.
- Perform end-to-end testing across backend, frontend, infrastructure, AI models, and content.
- Analyze AI model accuracy and usability to ensure it functions correctly in production.
- Assess backend performance and infrastructure stability under various conditions.
- Conduct deep analytical testing to identify potential flaws and security risks.
- Develop and execute test cases to verify RESTful API interactions and system workflows.
- Work within an Agile/Scrum environment, actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development cycle.

Compensation:
- Gross salary - 2000 - 3900 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing salary based on your skills and competencies.
