Product Strategy & Portfolio Management
- Manage assigned RLC and VRF product portfolios throughout the product lifecycle.
- Identify market opportunities, product gaps, and growth segments.
- Develop product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead product benchmarking and competitive assessments.
- Support new product introduction, localization, and phase-out activities.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Leadership
- Develop and execute GTM strategies for new product launches.
- Define product positioning, value propositions, pricing strategies, and channel plans.
- Create launch readiness plans across sales, marketing, and service functions.
- Monitor product performance and recommend corrective actions where required.
Market Intelligence & Business Insights
- Conduct market sizing, competitor tracking, customer insights, and pricing analysis.
- Generate actionable intelligence on HVAC market trends, regulations, and channel dynamics.
- Develop business cases supporting investment and portfolio decisions.
- Support annual planning and growth strategy initiatives.
Sales Enablement & Channel Support
- Support customer presentations, channel events, exhibitions, and product demonstrations.
- Drive adoption of digital sales enablement platforms and tools.
- Gather customer and channel feedback to influence future product actions.
Marketing & Product Communication
- Partner with Marcom teams to develop brochures, catalogues, campaigns, videos, and digital assets.
- Ensure product information remains current across websites, digital platforms, and sales tools.
- Support thought leadership and customer engagement initiatives.
