- Support vertical integration of reporting to department, group, and corporate KPIs, as well horizontal integration into associated strategic KRAs, to ensure long-term performance trends enable the achievement of network health indicators
- Partner with business stakeholders and internal clients to ensure data collection follows model standards
- Document and optimise end-to-end business processes by facilitating stakeholder workshops and applying BPMN 2.0 standards to validate operational workflows and drive continuous improvement
- Lead gap analysis between current and future states to inform change strategy
- Support governance, risk, and compliance standards across all analysis and documentation.
About You
- Strong technical data collection, analysis, and reporting skills
- Practical experience generating performance-based reporting and documentation
- Proficiency in mapping operational processes using the BPMN 2.0 framework and Microsoft Visio
- A holistic understanding of business requirements and how to use data and analytics to determine strategic direction and performance improvement
