We are looking for a QA Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in both Manual and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in QA principles, hands-on automation experience, and a passion for learning AI-driven testing practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, write, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and exploratory testing.
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts.
- Report, track, and verify software defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.
- Contribute to improving QA processes and automation coverage.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with automation testing tools/frameworks.
- Strong manual testing and test case writing skills.
- Basic programming knowledge (C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python).
- Exposure to AI-powered testing tools and code generation concepts.
- Basic understanding of Agentic AI/AI-assisted development is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and adaptability to new technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
