Senior Associate, Business Intelligence

Designs, develops, and maintains enterprise-level business intelligence solutions, transforming raw data into actionable insights. Lead the end-toend development of interactive dashboards, engineer scalable data models, and collaborate with key stakeholders to define KPIs and business metrics. Leverage generative AI, machine learning, and advanced data modeling to transform raw corporate information into automated, actionable insights for leadership Key Responsibilities

• Dashboard Design: Create visually appealing, user-centric, and interactive reports using Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and

Copilot.

• Workflows: Develop advanced workflows using Power Automate and Copilot.
• Data Modeling: Architect and build optimized semantic data models utilizing DAX and Power Query.
• ETL Processes: Extract, transform, and load data from multiple disparate sources.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver effective

BI solutions.

• Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot and fine-tune queries, reports, and data models to ensure high-speed performance.
• Cloud Data Warehouse: Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or BigQuery
• Scripting: Utilize Snowflake Scripting to build and optimize data workflows and stored procedures.
• AI Knowledge: Familiarity with generative AI evaluation, prompt engineering, and machine learning principles.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of dedicated business intelligence development, with 3+ years specifically in Power BI.
• BI Tools: Strong experience working with Sigma Computing and Tableau or Looker
• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level understanding of SQL, DAX, and complex data modeling.
• Data Integration: Experience handling ETL workflows and integrating data from APIs, cloud databases, or ERP systems.
• Cloud Platforms: Exposure to modern cloud data environments (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Snowflake, or Databricks).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex data stories to non-technical audiences.
• Multiple Priorities: The capacity to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
