Responsibilities
The Principal Product Manager Platform & Integration owns the capabilities that orchestrate work across people, processes, systems, and data, enabling clinicians and operational teams to deliver exceptional care experiences while allowing HarmonyCares to scale efficiently. This role drives the enterprise capabilities that enable patient engagement, scheduling, care coordination, and workflow orchestration. By deeply understanding user needs, operational processes, and cross-functional workflows, this position identifies opportunities to simplify work, improve experiences, and leverage technology to scale the delivery of care. Partnering closely with Operations, Clinical, and Technology leaders, this role serves as the connective tissue across systems, teams, and business functions. Combining strategic product leadership with strong technical expertise, this role ensures platform services are reliable, scalable, interoperable, and aligned to organizational priorities. Success requires balancing business outcomes with technical investments to build a foundation that accelerates delivery, unlocks innovation, enables workflow automation, and allows HarmonyCares to scale efficiently as the organization grows.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Define and own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for foundational platform capabilities, including shared services, workflow orchestration, and enterprise integration solutions
- Own capabilities that coordinate work across people, processes, systems, and data, ensuring HarmonyCares can deliver consistent, scalable, and efficient care operations
- Develop a deep understanding of user needs, business processes, and operational workflows to identify opportunities that improve experience, reduce friction, and drive meaningful business outcomes
- Partner with operational and clinical stakeholders to design workflows that balance user experience, operational effectiveness, and scalability
- Drive the evolution of platform and orchestration capabilities that enable scalable, automated workflows across clinical, operational, and administrative functions
- Define and prioritize platform investments that increase automation, reduce operational friction, and enable HarmonyCares to scale without proportional increases in complexity or cost
- Drive investment prioritization decisions across platform services by balancing technical strategy, operational needs, business impact, and organizational capacity
- Establish reusable platform capabilities that accelerate delivery across multiple product teams and business functions
- Develop and execute integration strategies across internal systems and external technology partners
- Drive adoption of platform and orchestration capabilities by ensuring solutions meet the needs of product, operational, and clinical stakeholders
- Align platform and integration initiatives with organizational goals, business priorities, and product roadmaps
- Drive cross-functional alignment across technology, operations, clinical, and business stakeholders
- Establish success metrics and monitor platform performance, reliability, adoption, and operational outcomes
- Support innovation by enabling new products, technologies, automation capabilities, and AI-driven solutions through robust platform foundations
- Translate complex technical and architectural concepts into clear business outcomes and measurable value

Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
- 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years focused on platform, infrastructure, integration, or enterprise technology products
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology (Healthcare IT), including enterprise systems, integrations, data platforms, operational technology solutions, or experience in other highly regulated industries
- Prior experience owning enterprise platforms, APIs, integrations, or technical products within complex environments
- Prior experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable technology solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems, APIs, integration platforms, and interoperability concepts
- Ability to understand and reason about distributed systems, service architecture, data flows, and workflow orchestration
- Knowledge of platform reliability, observability, scalability, monitoring, and operational excellence practices
- Experience balancing technical debt, infrastructure investments, and business-driven feature delivery
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and modern software development practices preferred
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Master’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant, hands-on experience working in a healthcare technology or services setting
- Prior experience supporting AI, automation, analytics, or machine learning initiatives through platform enablement
- Prior experience designing or managing API-driven and event-driven architectures
- Certifications in Product Management, Agile methodologies, cloud platforms, or related disciplines
