Full description

Open finance is having its moment. With the introduction of a new generation of financial advice, wealth management, and simpler digital transfers, backed by a strong movement to increase financial literacy and boost private investment activity in the EU, the data-sharing infrastructure layer that makes this data usable is about to matter a great deal. That's what we build.

Insurely enables real-time access to financial data across multiple categories, bridging the gap between providers and their customers. The result is more transparency, faster innovation, and better financial experiences — for the institutions we serve and the people they serve.

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our team, shape where this goes next, and make an impact on the entire financial industry.

The role

You'll own the complete product offering for one or more markets. You’ll be responsible for setting the vision, defining success, and driving the business forward in the market, working alongside a small cross-functional team. You'll report to the CPO.

What you'll do

  • Own the vision, strategy, and success metrics for your product area — and be accountable for the outcomes, not just the roadmap implementation.
  • Guide a cross-functional team through the full product lifecycle, from discovery to launch to iteration.
  • Run continuous discovery: talk to customers regularly, analyse usage data, and let both shape what gets built.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing on positioning, packaging, and go-to-market — including input on pricing and commercial models.
  • Translate a technical, integration-heavy product into something customers can understand and adopt quickly.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders across the company.

What we are looking for

  • 4+ years in product management, with a track record of shipping products end to end.
  • Experience with technical products. APIs, platforms, integrations, or embedded/white-label solutions. You're comfortable in detailed conversations with engineers.
  • Commercial instinct. You think about revenue, adoption, and business impact, not just user needs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication. You can influence without authority and bring people along.
  • Strong discovery habits. You know how to get to real customer insight and how to run experiments that settle disagreements.
  • Fluency with AI tools in your own workflow — for research synthesis, prototyping, spec drafting, data analysis. We expect PMs here to use them well and to have views on where they help and where they don't.
  • Background in Fintech, Insurtech, or B2B SaaS.

Nice to have

  • Experience shipping AI-powered features, particularly on top of structured financial or transactional data.
  • Familiarity with the European regulatory landscape around open finance.

You do not need to tick every box to apply. If this role sounds exciting and you think you could grow into it, we encourage you to apply.

What we offer

Join us and shape the future of finance and make a real impact. You’ll work with talented colleagues in an inspiring, collaborative culture—where innovation and fun go hand in hand.
