About the Client

Our client is an iGaming operator preparing for a new product launch. The project is fully funded, the core management and operational team is already in place, and the key processes and infrastructure are being established ahead of launch.

Role Overview

This is a great opportunity to help build the analytics infrastructure of a new iGaming project. As a Senior BI Analyst, you will analyze business and product metrics, develop dashboards, and provide actionable insights to support business growth.

The position is fully remote and involves close collaboration with different teams across the company, allowing you to have a direct impact on the project’s development during its active growth stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business and product metrics for an iGaming project.
  • Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reporting.
  • Conduct ad-hoc, cohort, funnel, and retention analysis.
  • Analyze GGR, NGR, LTV, ARPU, FTD, churn, conversion, and other KPIs.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to Product, Marketing, CRM, and Management teams.
  • Automate reporting processes and ensure data quality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, or Product Analytics.
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience working with relational databases.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar BI tools.
  • Strong understanding of business and product KPIs and their impact on business performance.
  • Proven experience working with large datasets and complex data structures.
  • Strong analytical skills, including cohort, funnel, retention, and customer segmentation analysis.
  • Languages: English, Russian.
