What you'll do...

Role summary:

The Seller Success Marketing Planning & Strategy organization is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Intelligence Delivery & Operations to lead the operational execution of a centralized Marketing Intelligence function supporting Seller Marketing. This leader will own portfolio management, intake, prioritization, resource planning, delivery governance, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness while partnering across Marketing, Product, Analytics, Data Science, and Data Engineering.

About the team: The Marketing Intelligence team within Seller Success Marketing Planning & Strategy drives data-informed decision-making across Seller Marketing. Collaborating with Lifecycle, Acquisition, External Marketing, Events, and cross-functional partners, the team measures performance, delivers strategic insights, and develops scalable analytics capabilities. By standardizing measurement, advancing reporting, and applying sophisticated analytics, the team empowers marketing leaders to make informed decisions that support business growth. This group plays a critical role in aligning marketing strategies with organizational goals, ensuring effective execution and continuous improvement through strong stakeholder engagement and operational excellence.

What you'll do: • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Intelligence organization.

  • Own portfolio planning, intake, prioritization, capacity management, and delivery governance.
  • Develop scalable operating mechanisms, governance processes, and execution standards.
  • Translate business priorities into executable work plans.
  • Coordinate execution across Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Establish delivery KPIs and operational dashboards.
  • Identify execution risks, dependencies, and resource tradeoffs.
  • Lead organizational planning, hiring, onboarding, and capability development.
  • Coach and develop managers and individual contributors.
  • Represent Marketing Intelligence in executive governance forums.

What you'll bring:   Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years leading complex cross-functional programs or operations.
  • Experience managing large portfolios.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • Experience supporting Marketing or Growth organizations.
  • Experience partnering with Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering.
  • Experience building scalable operating models.

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
