Join our Cloud Software Development team and help drive cloud modernization, lead cross-functional projects, and support the technology behind the industries building and feeding the world.

What You'll Do

• Lead the planning and delivery of cloud and software development projects from initiation through implementation.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Product Management, and business teams.
• Drive cloud migration, modernization, integration, and platform transformation initiatives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resources.
• Facilitate collaboration across globally distributed teams and external partners.
• Support technical discussions around cloud platforms, integrations, APIs, infrastructure, security, and modernization strategies.
• Provide clear project reporting, stakeholder communication, and delivery governance.
• Continuously improve project delivery processes and ways of working.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing software, cloud, or technology projects.
• Experience delivering complex cross-functional projects involving cloud platforms, integrations, or modernization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform environments.
• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Ability to lead projects across multiple teams, stakeholders, and geographies.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English.

Nice to Have

• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe, AWS, Azure, or similar certifications.
• Experience with cloud migration and legacy modernization programs.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development practices.
• Experience within IoT, connected devices, or software-hardware environments.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary package: €45,000 - €65,000 gross annual salary, based on skills and experience, plus an annual bonus tied to both individual and company performance.

• We offer flexibility in how and where you work, including both remote and hybrid options.
