SR FullStack Developer - [C# / NodeJS + React]

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SR FullStack Developer - [C# / NodeJS + React] based in Brazil.

As a Senior FullStack Developer, you will build and evolve modern applications across both backend and frontend layers, working with C#, Node.js, and React. You will contribute to cloud-based solutions and help shape scalable, reliable, and maintainable architectures. The role combines hands-on development with technical ownership, experimentation, and problem solving. You will work closely with Developers, Architects, Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Infrastructure teams in a collaborative environment. You will also contribute to CI/CD, infrastructure as code, microservices, and event-driven architectures. Engineers are expected to take ownership of quality, testing, and technical decisions while connecting technology solutions to meaningful business outcomes.

Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using C#, Node.js, React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Build and maintain scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven solutions.

• Develop modern frontend experiences with React while following web accessibility standards such as WCAG.

• Design and work with relational and NoSQL databases, including AWS RDS, Aurora, and PostgreSQL.

• Deploy and operate applications using AWS cloud services and modern cloud deployment practices.

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as CircleCI and AWS CDK.

• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.

• Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative software development.

• Develop proofs of concept, MVPs, experiments, and technology evaluations using design-thinking practices.

• Apply strong algorithmic thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills to complex technical challenges.

• Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver effective solutions.

• Take ownership of code quality and testing throughout the development lifecycle, without relying on a dedicated QA function.

• Contribute to architectural decisions and challenge existing solutions with a focus on technical and business impact.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development.

• Strong professional experience with C# and Node.js for server-side development.

• 8+ years of experience with modern frontend development, with strong proficiency in React.

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• 4+ years of experience with AWS RDS, Aurora/PostgreSQL, and/or NoSQL databases.

• 4+ years of experience working with AWS and cloud deployment environments.

• 2+ years of experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, ideally with CircleCI and AWS CDK.

• Strong knowledge of Git and GitHub.

• Good understanding of RESTful API design, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

• Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.

• Understanding of web accessibility and WCAG standards.

• Strong algorithm design, logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and demonstrate technical ownership and software architecture knowledge.

• Product mindset, with the ability to challenge solutions, discuss business impact, and contribute strategic ideas.

• Strong focus on software quality, automated testing, and engineering best practices.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business functions.

• Comfortable communicating in English for daily collaboration and project discussions; English is the primary working language.
