JOB PURPOSE:
Develop and implement innovative internal and external access platforms to support business delivery
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Innovative Platform development and implementation
- Collaborate NCS insight and unmet needs to explore collaboration opportunity
- Build foundation of medical affairs and clinical research department’s NCS KOL
- Develop platform of medical affairs and clinical research department to build foundation
- Design and execute NCS innovative projects through working with cross-function teams to ensure achievement of project KPI
- Design and execute internal platform to engage and drive team target alignment, training and knowledge development
- Integrate internal data and business analysis insights to support strategic landing and business delivery
- Ensures compliance with finance and budgeting practices, and manage budget within agreed limits
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or consulting firm with extensive health care experience
- Experience in multinational company is must

- Good level of English language (spoken/written)

- Strong analytical skills and learning agility
- Excellent project management skills
