As Digital Product Manager, you will own digital product initiatives from discovery through development, launch, and adoption. Working closely with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders, you will translate user needs and complex workflows into intuitive and scalable software solutions.
Based in Munich and reporting to the Team Lead Product Management, you will help shape the future of our digital product portfolio for a global customer base.
Responsibilities
- Own digital product initiatives from discovery and requirements definition through delivery, launch, and adoption
- Translate user and business needs into clear product requirements, user journeys, and priorities for engineering teams
- Work closely with software engineers and data scientists to make informed product and technical trade-offs
- Drive UI/UX concepts, user research, validation, and continuous product improvement
- Define product success metrics and use data and customer feedback to guide product decisions
- Align stakeholders and communicate product vision, roadmap, priorities, and progress
- Prioritize product backlogs and balance customer value, business impact, technical feasibility and delivery effort
- Identify and drive opportunities for data-driven, AI-enabled and scalable product capabilities
