Junior IT support engineer

• Basic understanding of Windows, Microsoft 365, and computer networking (IP, LAN, Wi-Fi).
• Install new software, configure operating systems, and set up hardware for new hires.
• Diagnose and fix issues with Windows and macOS, laptops, printers.
• Issue and manage the IT assets across the sites.
• Good communication, patience, and customer service skills to help non-technical users.
