Job Description
- Leading various technology projects, utilizing best practices for traditional and agile project management in a multinational environment and within hybrid environment
- Pre-sales and RFP participation
- Initial project setup
- Scoping - goals and deliverables that support business objectives
- Planning and coordination of work packages and resources
- Steering of external dependencies and resources
- Project monitoring and control of budget, scope, timeline
- Stakeholder management and project reporting
- Project risk and issue management - ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
- Change management
- Effective cooperation with relevant teams from different departments and locations
- Creating and maintaining project documentation
- Identification of opportunities for upscale
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and accountability
- Coaching and mentoring on PM topics for clients and/or the organization
- Coaching and mentoring of more junior PM team members and contribute to the growth of the PMO team
- Proactiveness in establishment, improvement and sharing of PM best practices and tools
Qualifications
- 2-7 years of project management experience
- Solid experience leading IT projects using Agile methodologies
- Experience managing projects with multinational and virtual teams
- Excellent level of technical expertise, gained through either a previous technical role or through leading cloud technology (M365, AWS, Azure) and software development projects
- Demonstrable experience in using key project management tools – MS Project, Azure DevOps/Jira, Teams/Confluence, Resource management tools
- Excellent organizational, analytical, presentation and communication skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Highly motivated and result oriented
- Proactive approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English language
- Ability to travel (average 20%)
- Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
- Any technology specific certification is considered great advantage (security, cloud, AI etc)
- Certification in Agile Project Management (ACP) and/or Agile Scrum Master (e.g. PSM) will be considered as an advantage
