Full description

  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure the continuous availability of the power and cooling in the data center.
  • Support customer operations, growth, and design changes.
  • Oversee facility electrical load management and overall health of data center critical environments
  • Ensure redundancy is maintained during failure and maintenance scenarios
  • Oversee new buildouts through commissioning oversight, handover and delivery timeline tracking, and document gathering and management.
  • Perform non-routine and complex administrative workloads and program initiatives
  • Host post-incident reviews and mitigation coordination
  • Prepare and present change requests for complex repairs or upgrades
  • On-call support for after hours events and incidents
  • Track equipment specifications, nameplate ratings, and capacity limitations
