We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Tech/Team Lead to steer our engineering team in the evaluation and implementation of AI-driven solutions.
Your Role:
As our AI Tech Lead, you will lead and mentor an engineering team focused on developing and deploying robust AI solutions. You will help elevate the team's skill set in AI technologies while overseeing the choice of our AI Platform, from wherein we will build our AI-powered solutions.
You'll be joining an organization that has already taken meaningful first steps into AI — workshops, hackathons, AI champions, and early workflows and skills have already been established. What's needed now is a dedicated leader to build on that foundation: someone who can evolve existing AI workflows, convert them into usable internal agents, and strengthen governance and quality/security standards as the program matures. Beyond leading the engineering team, you'll provide hands-on support and coaching to drive AI adoption more broadly across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the AI Enablement team
- Own selection and evolution of the AI platform the organization builds on
- Evolve existing AI workflows and convert them into production-grade internal agents
- Design scalable, secure, performant architectures for AI systems
- Manage the full AI project lifecycle: conceptualization → build → deployment → maintenance
- Establish and enforce governance, quality, and security guardrails across AI workflows
- Provide hands-on coaching to drive AI adoption across the business, beyond the engineering team
- Stay hands-on in coding, model development, and technical design review
- Communicate technical vision clearly to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience leading/mentoring AI and software engineering teams, including POCs and applications
- Fullstack background in Node.js & React
- Deep practical experience with AI models, frameworks, and deployment strategies
- Experience integrating AI into existing systems and turning workflows into usable agents
- Expertise in secure, scalable AI system architecture
- Experience managing projects through full lifecycles
- Experience with (or ability to define) governance/guardrails for AI systems — not just building, but keeping it safe and high-quality
- Strong change-management or adoption-driving skills — this role needs someone comfortable coaching non-engineers, not just leading engineers
- Excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences
