Job Title:  Product Success Manager-EngageIQ

 

Job Summary: 

The EngageIQ Success Manager is responsible for ensuring the product delivers measurable value for existing clients. This role partners with internal teams and client stakeholders to establish performance baselines before implementation go-live, support best-practice adoption. Monitor post go-live yield improvement, and identify actions that improve results across the client base.

 

This person supports the Product Owner by recommending workflow adjustments for specific client configurations and by identifying performance trends that may require updates to best practices. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in performance analytics, CRM workflow, healthcare RCM, and communication technology.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Partner with new clients to establish historical performance baselines and measure product value through yield lift, adoption, and post go-live performance monitoring.
  • Advocate in client implementation meetings to ensure product features and configurations align with established best practices.
  • Monitor and report yield, adoption, and performance trends across the existing EngageIQ client base.
  • Track client progress and communicate performance insights, risks, and recommended next steps to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify underperforming clients, research root causes, and recommend targeted actions to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Insights Analysts, Key Account Managers, and Account Managers to share product performance improvement strategies.
  • Work with the Product Owner to review best-practice workflows and confirm they produce measurable results.
  • Assist Sales and Sales Engineering teams as a product SME as needed.

 

Minimum Requirements:

Specific Job Skills:

  • Background in patient communication technology or strong working knowledge of CRM workflow.
  • Experience in healthcare RCM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and identify trends.
  • Excellent collaboration and client communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience in establishing performance benchmarks.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Analytics, Account Management, and Implementation.
  •  Proactive, detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on performance outcomes and continuous improvement.

 

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
