Position Summary

The JOPES Systems Data Analyst provides advanced planning, deployment, mobilization, and readiness analysis using the Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES). The analyst supports AMC's role in Joint planning, force deployment, sustainment integration, and contingency operations.

The work for this position shall be performed onsite in Redstone Arsenal (Huntsville), Alabama.

Contingent Upon Contract Award

Duties & Responsibilities

The essential and specific functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Analyze JOPES data supporting deployment and mobilization requirements.

• Support operational planning and contingency planning efforts.

• Develop force flow analyses and sustainment planning products.

• Monitor readiness and deployment data.

• Coordinate planning requirements with Army, Joint, and Combatant Command stakeholders.

• Prepare executive reports and briefing materials.

• Support Global Force Management and theater planning initiatives.

• Identify deployment risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Strategic Studies, Logistics, Operations Research, or related field.

• Minimum 15 years of Army or Joint planning experience.

• Experience with JOPES and deployment planning systems.

• Experience supporting joint operations and contingency planning.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an Active TS/SCI security clearance.
