The Senior HR Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing and closing HR initiatives by managing project plans, timelines and resources, collaborating with cross-functional teams and implementing efficient project management processes to support the broader HR goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects across multiple business units while adhering to budget, scope, and schedule requirements. You will lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives by driving continuous process improvements and establishing key metrics to monitor and evaluate project performance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develops and progresses key project plans that facilitate the achievement of team goals, milestones, and critical path responsibilities and provide direction for test and release planning processes in order to enhance the quality of project deliverables.
· Ensures the timely completion of projects by proactively communicating with management regarding the progression of projects, task tracking, quality management, budget/cost management, and planning change management, ultimately enabling fluid and streamlined team activity against critical deadlines.
· Establishes policies and procedures for conducting detailed project analyses that aim to identify risks or other potential obstacles that could impede the provision of successful deliverables and confers with management to determine optimal action plans for swift course correction.
· Forecasts required timelines for individual project assignments, allocating team resources in proportion to task scope and depth, and adjusts assignments and deadlines as priorities and requirements change.
· Maintains open communication channels with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of project scope with respective business requirements and to translate business strategy into project objectives.
· Confers with management through regular communication and strategy sessions, in order to ensure management is continually up to speed on all project plan activities associated with the provision of consistent, timely, and quality deliverables.
· Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

· Proficiency in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
· Strong understanding of human resource principles, policies and practices
· Effective engagement and relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
· Project Management of global HR processes and systems including core HCM, Payroll, Benefits.
· Experience working with global cross-functional teams to foster collaboration. Leadership skills to guide and motivate team members.
· Experience with project management tools and methodologies
Basic Qualifications:
· 7-11 years relevant work experience
· Bachelor's Degree Required
