Your new job
You aren't just looking for a job; you're looking for a stage for your entrepreneurial mindset and your drive to get things moving—and you want to be part of an ambitious team aiming to achieve great things together? Then we should talk.
At credium, we are building Europe's leading platform for building data—AI-first, with a clear goal: Homeownership should be exciting, not overwhelming.
To achieve this, we enhance open data with AI to make real estate financing faster, simpler, and more sustainable. Why this role matters
You'll be a senior engineer on the team responsible for the Python backend that powers our AI-driven processing platform in production. Beyond orchestrating LLMs, computer vision, and other ML systems, these services run core domain logic, integrate data from a range of sources, and expose the APIs that serve real customer workloads at scale.
These systems are how our customers actually experience credium—when they're fast, reliable, and accurate, the whole product works. You'll have a direct hand in making that true. What you'll do
- Own core systems and their architecture, the production environment, and the platform's reliability, scalability, and performance—consistently delivering high-quality features
- Drive optimization of resource usage and cost, using monitoring and load-testing data to guide engineering decisions across the team
- Work closely with machine learning engineers and backend developers to bridge the gap between AI models and production-ready software
- Drive discussions with multiple stakeholders and lead cross-team technical alignment and delivery
What we’re looking for
- Several years building and operating Python backend services in production, with deep Python fundamentals and strong experience building APIs (FastAPI or similar)
- A proven track record designing, owning, and scaling resilient distributed systems — including event-driven pipelines with messaging/task-queue systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Celery, etc.), performance optimization, and load testing at scale
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience integrating or operating LLMs or other ML models in production
- Strong experience with observability (logging, metrics, dashboards) and debugging complex production issues
- Ability to take end-to-end ownership of Python development, drive stakeholder discussions, and align delivery across teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, genuine curiosity about how systems behave in production, and good written and spoken English
- Experience working in an ISO 27001 / GDPR-compliant environment is a plus

We believe in high trust, high standards, and high impact. We support flexibility, but we don’t optimize for 9-to-5. Instead, we look for individuals who take ownership, thrive on challenge, and want to grow with us. What we offer

- Autonomy & responsibility from day one
- Remote-friendly & flexible work environment
- Your own gear + access to modern tools
