Job Description: Pay Digital Lead (ReactJS, Golang, AWS)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior System Engineer with Tech Lead experience (8+ years) with deep expertise in ReactJS (frontend) and Golang (backend), along with strong exposure to AWS cloud platform, API integration, and production support. The role focuses on supporting the team technically and system design, scalability, and reliability of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end applications using ReactJS

• Build backend services using Golang

• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices

• Participate in system design and architecture discussions

• Deploy and manage applications on AWS services

• Provide production support including incident management and RCA

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Mentor junior engineers and enforce best practices

Required Skills and Experience

• 8+ years of experience in system/software engineering

• Strong experience in ReactJS and Golang

• Hands-on AWS platform experience

• Strong API development and integration skills

• Minimum 2+ years in production support

• Strong system design fundamentals

Preferred Skills

• Experience in working with ECS clustering

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• Knowledge of event-driven architectures

• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

• Agile methodology experience

• Good to have skill with PHP
