Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Engineer to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure network infrastructures to protect the organization from cyber threats. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead, mentor, develop, and manage a team of Cyber Security Engineers.
  • Establish team goals, performance expectations, and professional development plans.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and security-focused team culture.
  • Manage resource planning, workload prioritization, and project assignments.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security or information security, or
  • Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security or information security, or
  • JD/PhD with 3+ years of cybersecurity, network security or information security
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered for this role

Preferred Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of enterprise networking, security architecture and infrastructure security.
  • Experience in managing NDR/DDR, SIEM and EDR
  • Experience securing cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks including NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls, and ISO 27001.
  • Experience with incident response, threat detection, and security investigations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
