About Us

Account transaction history illustrates the complete journey of financial consumers. Our core purpose is to empower our corporate clients by enabling them to interpret and utilize this information seamlessly, rapidly, and effectively to derive maximum utility.

We are a forward-thinking, data-centric FinTech company that operates on principles of openness, mutual respect, and transparency. We interact as peers, prioritize the most logical arguments over organizational rank, and place our foundation in trust and personal accountability instead of micromanagement. Functioning within an agile, remote-first environment, we consistently evaluate priorities, streamline processes, execute prompt choices, and refine our work continuously.

We are hunting for an inspirational yet pragmatic Product Manager – Growth & Innovation to lead the progression and scaling of our premier account-switching offerings throughout various European territories.

Your Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Roadmap Ownership: Hold total accountability for the long-term strategic orientation, vision, and execution plan of our flagship account-switching software line. Spearhead both incremental feature updates and ground-up product innovations.

European Market Growth & Opportunity Discovery: Proactively discover, test, and seize novel application scenarios and commercial prospects across Europe. Take full ownership of fresh initiatives from raw ideas through validation phases to widespread market release.

Data-Driven Backlog Prioritization: Systematically organize and order product user stories based on deep metric evaluations, transaction insights, and validated end-user requirements to maximize business growth.

Strategic Leadership & Sparring Partner: Collaborate closely with our Managing Director of Banking to hone our broader product direction, harmonize revenue targets, and preserve streamlined, agile decision paths.

Requirement Engineering & Execution: Convert intricate demands from commercial banking clients, financial partners, and global users into crisp, logical, and executable development epics and user tasks.

KPI Tracking & Continuous Iteration: Establish precise key performance indicators for every product release and functionality upgrade. Consistently evaluate results against factual performance thresholds to drive fast-paced product enhancements.

Ideal Candidate Profile & Requirements

Tool Proficiency: Hands-on, routine experience operating agile management platforms like Jira alongside quantitative analysis software such as MS Excel.

Communication & Execution: Outstanding written and oral communication capabilities, with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts effortlessly for engineering teams, partners, and executive leadership.
