Project Manager / Business Transformation Lead – Remote Opportunity
Role:
This individual owns the Master Project Plan, schedule, deliverable status, risks/issues/actions, stakeholder coordination, OCIG communications, requirements traceability, change control, acceptance coordination, UAT readiness, training coordination, and daily/biweekly/monthly reporting.
The person needs enough business-systems experience to manage migration decisions involving audit, investigation, whistleblower intake, correspondence, executive requests, reporting, security, and system integrations.
Required:• 7+ years managing technology modernization, enterprise application implementation, CRM, case-management, workflow, ERP, or comparable business-system projects
- Experience managing a software implementation through requirements/discovery, design, build/configuration, testing/UAT, deployment, stabilization, and closeout
- Demonstrated government, public-sector, regulated-industry, audit, compliance, investigations, grants, legal/case-management, or other controlled-workflow experience
- Experience maintaining integrated schedules, risk/issue/action/decision logs, change control, deliverable tracking, and executive status reporting
- Experience coordinating technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Experience managing UAT and customer acceptance
- Able to manage FFP/deliverable-based performance without treating the engagement as open-ended T&M
- U.S.-based and available during normal Eastern Time business hours
- Able to travel to Tallahassee if required
Strongly preferred:• PMP
- Microsoft technology modernization experience
- Dynamics 365/Power Platform project-management experience
- Government Inspector General, audit, investigation, case-management, regulatory, or highly sensitive records experience
- Data migration and system-transition experience
