Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in application solution and building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience configuring Data Medium Exchange Engine (DMEE) payment formats, bank reconciliation (EBS), and treasury banking integrations.
- Configuration experience in SAP S/4HANA FICO (FI-AP, FI-BL, FI-TX).
- Technical proficiency in system integration (APIs, IDocs) and the ability to debug Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) code.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to define the product requirements and bring clarity into the requirements by conducting workshops to build solutions for business problems.
- Design solutions and collaborate with lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) on solution designs.
- Partner with internal business teams and application engineers to implement solutions.
- Create documentation for system solution designs, configurations, test strategy, test plans, and issue resolution.
- Advocate for product improvement, work with business teams, and lead BSAs to contribute to product roadmaps.
