GENERAL DESCRIPTION Based in Singapore, this role covers both global and local project matters. Being part of the Treasury Projects team, you will be driving discussions with SMEs and stakeholders to enhance the Treasury platform, products and processes within Asia as well as globally.

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, including functional and non-functional requirements
  • Analyse business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for automation
  • Act as a facilitator between business and IT ensuring implementation of best-in-class solutions
  • Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development and conduct testing
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including status updates, risks, and issues
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to business analysis and process improvement

YOUR PROFILE

  • Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, high solution-orientation, and a high degree of pragmatism
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with business process modelling tools and methodologies
  • Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
  • Experience in generating process documentation and reports
  • Proficient user in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Relevant higher educational and professional background
