ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced L2 Network Security & Wireless Engineer to support enterprise customers in a Managed Services environment. The role involves network, security and wireless operations, troubleshooting, incident management and SLA-driven service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide L2 support for enterprise network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot routing, switching, WAN, LAN and SD-WAN issues
- Manage and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs and security policies
- Analyze firewall logs and security incidents
- Troubleshoot wireless connectivity, roaming and authentication issues
- Support AP deployments, wireless surveys and optimization
- Perform approved configuration changes and upgrades
- Coordinate with ISPs and OEM/TAC teams
- Handle incidents, changes and problem management
- Perform RCA and implement preventive actions
- Maintain SLA, documentation, runbooks and reports
- Participate in on-call and planned maintenance activities
