This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor(a) Fullstack Java + Angular | Mid Level based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to develop and evolve modern digital applications within a collaborative, multidisciplinary engineering environment. You will work across the full stack, combining Java, Angular, and Node.js to build scalable and high-quality solutions. Your work will include APIs, microservices, system integrations, automated testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. You will participate in technical refinement and solution design, balancing engineering considerations with business needs. The position provides increasing autonomy while encouraging collaboration, knowledge sharing, and strong software development practices. Accountabilities:

• Develop, maintain, and evolve fullstack applications using Java, Angular, and Node.js.

• Participate in technical refinement sessions, contributing to solution design, technical decisions, and implementation approaches.

• Develop, consume, and integrate REST APIs while ensuring quality, security, performance, and adherence to functional and technical requirements.

• Build and evolve applications and services based on microservices architectures.

• Investigate technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and propose appropriate solutions based on the context.

• Collaborate with the development team to define technical approaches and implement robust, scalable solutions.

• Apply software development best practices, automated testing, code reviews, Clean Code, and SOLID principles to ensure delivery quality.

• Integrate different systems, services, and application components to create cohesive digital solutions.

• Consider both technical implications and business impact when designing and evolving applications.

• Work closely with professionals from different disciplines in a collaborative, high-quality development environment.

• Share technical knowledge and best practices through documentation, workshops, technical dojos, and other knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, architecture, application quality, and team practices.

• Gradually increase ownership and autonomy over development activities while seeking support when facing more complex technical challenges.

Requirements:

• Practical professional experience with Java development.

• Hands-on experience developing front-end applications with Angular.

• Knowledge or practical experience with Node.js.

• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.

• Understanding of microservices architecture and communication between services.

• Experience with Spring Boot and the broader Java development ecosystem.

• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Experience with Git and software version-control practices.

• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.

• Familiarity with automated testing, particularly unit testing.

• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including Clean Code and SOLID.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.

• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

• Ability to work with increasing autonomy while knowing when to involve the wider team for more complex situations.

• Nice to have: Experience with Docker.

• Nice to have: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and software delivery practices.

• Nice to have: Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

• Nice to have: Knowledge of event-driven architecture.

• Nice to have: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Nice to have: Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), design patterns, and software architecture.

• Nice to have: Experience with integration testing and API testing.
