The Service Product Manager will oversee technical product management for coffee machines and digital tools, ensuring service readiness throughout the product lifecycle. They will also design knowledge management structures and leverage AI-based tools to automate documentation and support processes.

What you can expect
- Technical product management for coffee machines and digital products, including service and analytics tools
- Ensuring service readiness in development projects, including service gates, target lifetime costs, maintenance concepts and TCO models
- Definition and derivation of service requirements throughout the entire product life cycle (including error monitoring, predictive maintenance, remote solutions)
- Creation of service documentation, training concepts, e-learnings and service videos
- Participation in product and series quality improvements, including technical bulletins
- Training and support in 3rd-level support, on-site support (field tests, trade fairs) as well as knowledge transfer with international subsidiaries
- Analysis of internal and external service trends, conducting best-practice analyses, and deriving strategic action areas
- Design and further development of knowledge management structures for 2nd-/3rd-level support, as well as the use and expansion of AI-based tools for automation and document creation
What you need to succeed with us
- Completed technical or techno-economic degree (e.g. industrial engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in technical service or technical product management, digitalization and project management; experience with coffee machines is an advantage
- Required technical knowledge of coffee machines, telemetry and monitoring
- Very good understanding of software, platform and interface topics (IoT, digital services, CRM/FSM is an advantage)
- Analytical, structured way of working as well as strong communication skills
- Confident handling of common software and Office 365 tools
