This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Marketing Manager (B2B) based in United States.
This is a B2B SaaS product marketing role focused on translating product innovation into compelling customer value and commercial impact.You will help Sales and Account Management teams confidently communicate the value of a comprehensive platform serving youth sports organizations.The role combines product launches, sales enablement, market intelligence, outbound campaigns, account-based marketing, and customer communications.You will turn product updates and market insights into positioning, messaging, demonstrations, training, and sales-ready resources.You will also shape messaging for strategic campaigns, industry events, webinars, onboarding, adoption, and nurture journeys.Success requires strong writing, project management, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to move quickly across multiple high-priority initiatives.This is an opportunity to work in a fully remote, collaborative environment where AI is embraced to improve marketing workflows and execution.

Accountabilities:
- Translate product releases into clear, compelling, sales-ready value propositions, messaging, demo talk tracks, presentations, and supporting materials.
- Maintain and continuously improve the core sales enablement toolkit, including decks, AI-assisted resources, leave-behind materials, demo videos, competitive positioning, objection-handling content, and demo environments.
- Plan and lead internal enablement sessions that prepare Sales and Account Management teams to confidently introduce and support new product capabilities.
- Develop market intelligence, audience insights, positioning, and account-level messaging to support enterprise campaigns and account-based marketing programs.
- Own positioning, messaging, and offer strategies for outbound initiatives, partnering closely with Sales Engineering on targeting, execution, and performance measurement.
- Lead product communications for prospects and existing customers, including webinars, product announcements, and release communications.
- Define messaging and customer-journey requirements for onboarding, adoption, and nurture programs in partnership with Lifecycle Marketing.
- Prepare sales teams for industry events through audience research, messaging, presentations, product demonstrations, and follow-up content.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Account Management, Sales Engineering, Lifecycle Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistent positioning and execution.
- Use AI tools and repeatable systems to improve marketing workflows, accelerate content creation, and increase the quality and efficiency of product marketing programs.
- Create basic video and audio content to support product communications, demonstrations, and enablement initiatives.
- Help colleagues and customer-facing teams develop deeper expertise in the platform and its value to sports organizations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, demand generation, or a comparable B2B SaaS marketing role.
- Demonstrated ability to turn product updates and technical information into clear, compelling messaging that supports sales conversations.
- Experience developing and executing outbound programs that integrate targeting, messaging, offers, sales enablement, and campaign execution.
- Experience working directly with Sales and Account Management teams and confidently leading live enablement and training sessions.
- Strong writing, storytelling, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote environment with colleagues across different time zones.
- Strong interest in using AI to create repeatable systems, improve workflows, accelerate content development, and enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Basic video and audio recording/editing capabilities for product demonstrations and communications.
- Strong collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in helping others learn and become experts in the product.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships and accountability.
- Experience working or volunteering with a youth sports league, tournament, team, or similar organization is a plus.
- Candidates should be permanent U.S. residents and comfortable working remotely; hiring is not available in certain U.S. states.
