Junior Graphic Designer - Maternity Leave Cover

 

Nefesh B’Nefesh is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Creative Services Team. In this role, you’ll work alongside our design team to create engaging visuals, maintain brand consistency, and support our daily marketing and event needs. This is an entry-level role, ideal for a junior designer with a strong foundation in design principles and a professional approach to meeting daily deadline demands.  

This is a maternity leave replacement position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for various print and digital collateral including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, ads and event signage. 
  • Support the creative team with day-to-day design requests, layout updates, and asset preparation. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams and other departments to understand project objectives and guidelines, ensuring designs effectively communicate key messages and align with the organizational needs.
  • Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, adhering to deadlines and project requirements, while delivering high-quality results.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Preference for a degree in visual communications, graphic design, or related field.
  • Experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (inDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design software.
  • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew.
  • Advantage: Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
