Summary/Objective: The Senior Business Analyst is a strategic, cross-functional partner who collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to deliver advanced data-driven insights that directly influence business growth and profitability. Leveraging expertise in Power BI, SQL, CRM platforms, and AI-powered tools, this role goes beyond reporting. This role drives campaign optimization, pricing strategy, customer retention, and data literacy throughout the business. The Senior Business Analyst serves as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that support the company's marketing initiatives and long-term strategic goals. The pay range for this role is fixed at $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Candidates with strong, relevant experience may be offered salaries toward the higher end of the range, while those earlier in their careers can expect offers aligned with the entry level of the range.
Essential Functions:• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and self-service reports to track KPIs across paid search, social, and web analytics platforms
- Translate performance data into actionable insights that drive campaign optimization, budget allocation, and ROAS improvement
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership to define and monitor success metrics across the full customer journey — from acquisition through conversion
- Perform churn analysis, customer segmentation, and forecast modeling to support retention and growth strategies
- Integrate and unify data from CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and SQL-based sources for comprehensive, accurate reporting
- Automate reporting workflows and support digital operations with AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and scalability
- Conduct competitive pricing analysis, market research, and price change modeling to inform marketing and business strategy
- Analyze customer behavior and segmentation trends to support targeted marketing efforts and improve engagement across the customer lifecycle
- Proactively identify opportunities to provide insights and recommendations, serving as a trusted advisor for data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Collaborate with team members on Power BI and data best practices, contributing to a culture of data literacy and strategic use of insights
- Present complex findings clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
- Assist with additional projects, tasks, and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Power Platform tools, and SQL with strong data visualization and report design skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and present confidently to stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of marketing performance metrics, pricing strategy, customer segmentation, and forecasting techniques.
- Familiarity with predictive modeling and data science concepts, with a curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and automation.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Education and Experience:• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or reporting.
- Experience with CRM and ERP platforms, marketing automation tools, and web analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools and AI-powered reporting solutions.
