- Drive Business Impact: Turn GTM strategies and communications into measurable business results across user acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue.
- Engage Existing & New Users: Build targeted messaging strategies to effectively reach, excite, and convert both current users and new audience segments across all relevant channels.
- Lead Cross-Channel User Communications: Own user communications across in-product, email, social, and web touchpoints to continuously boost product adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Make Things Happen Cross-Functionally: Serve as the central engine connecting Product, Copy, Design, Performance Marketing, PR, and Sales to orchestrate smooth, fast, and unified campaign executions.
- Leverage Next-Gen AI Platforms: Utilize new AI tools and platforms to move faster, optimize workflows, and scale how we produce collateral and reach users.
- Optimize Funnels & Drive Growth: Monitor campaign performance and user funnels to quickly iterate, reduce friction, and improve conversion at every step.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep a close pulse on the fast-changing world of AI, creators, and competitors to keep our messaging fresh, relevant, and sharp.

- Fast-Paced Doer: Highly execution-driven with a "get-things-done" mindset, comfortable moving fast in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Clear & Powerful Communicator: Exceptional English storytelling and copywriting skills, with the ability to convey value simply and concisely without overcomplicating things.
- Cross-Functional Orchestrator: Strong ability to collaborate with and drive action across Product, Design, Copywriters, Growth Marketers, and Sales.
- Tech-Forward & AI-Savvy: Enthusiastic about leveraging modern AI tools and platforms to speed up workflows and scale execution.
