Job Title: Senior Product Manager

ROLE SUMMARY:

Tremendous opportunity to grow a modern product management team in a company on an explosive growth path and a leader in their space. This role will drive the online experience and strategic roadmap in partnership with senior business executives, eCommerce product management staff, IT engineering, UX, Marketing, and Retail - - leading to desired business outcomes and an exceptional user experience.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• With the business:

• Facilitate and own the development of an integrated, strategic product roadmap in partnership with team and business stakeholders.

• Develop and deliver product recommendations (informed by data & best practices) to drive business forward – always staying one step ahead.

• Use data from analytics platforms to help inform future UX improvements (Google Analytics, session recording, heatmaps, surveys, etc)

• Develop and foster trusted, strategic relationships with business partners.

• Serve as main day-to-day contact point for business stakeholders through recurring engagements, sprint demos and more.

• With the team:

• Lead and grow digital product management team and associated digital products.

• Work with and mentor team to author user stories, epics, acceptance criteria and more.

• Define strategy and lead team to deliver upon product vision that aligns with overall business goals to meet key performance indicators.

• Proactively analyze the market to make sure the product(s) continues to offer advantages over its competitors.

• Deeply understand and represent Trulieve customer and patient personas to help ensure the best possible user experience (in partnership with UI/UX).

• Actively participate in stand ups, planning sessions, demos and retrospectives with your team.

• Prioritize work efforts and provide high-level requirements for product execution teams.

• With the peers & partners

• Serve as main strategic contact point for development vendors.

• Partner with delivery management and vendors to create sound and advantageous release plans.

• Work with internal groups to bring product roadmap to life including UX, engineering, QA, analytics, legal, business units, marketing and others.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8+ years product management or similar experience in a digital environment.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum software development.

• Previous management experience.

• Influential communicator and skilled operator in a matrixed environment.

• Track record in working to quantifiable targets and goal orientation.

• Strong executive presence with good presentation abilities.

• Must be able to pass a level 2 background check.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• A curious attitude and desire to learn.

• Experience working with third-party vendors.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least one year developing and analyzing e-commerce user-journey A/B tests a plus

• Strong customer advocacy and CX focus

• CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.   A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
