Position Overview
We’re looking for an iOS Developer to take a proactive role in the design, development, and release of FORM’s iOS app. Reporting to the Mobile Team Lead, you’ll contribute across the entire development lifecycle—from helping define requirements and shaping the user experience to building, testing, and deploying the app.

Primary Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and build FORM’s iOS app with a modern and rich UI.
- Work closely with UX and product teams to transform requirements and mockups into product features.
- Collaborate with other developers to establish best practices for the team.
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and architecture and coding practice discussions for new features and the overall app.
- Identify new mobile technologies, trends, and opportunities, and explain how they might relate to improving our products and business.
- Maintain the highest level of product reliability, code quality, and reusability by writing unit tests and integration tests to validate new software features.
- Adopt AI-assisted development practices that improve team productivity and code quality
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an iOS developer.
- Working knowledge of Swift within the iOS ecosystem
- Experience developing native iOS apps
- Familiar with the iOS ecosystem including SwiftUI, RxSwift, and Combine
- Understanding of MVVM architecture
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Haves
- Experience with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and IoT
- WatchOS knowledge
- Current with emerging AI technologies
- Understanding of SaaS
- Working knowledge of CI/CD such as Jenkins

This role has an annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000. Most new hires do not start at the top of the range. Compensation is determined based on a candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and overall alignment with the role.
Candidates who are newer to this level of responsibility but demonstrate strong potential may receive an offer toward the lower end of the range. Offers at the higher end are typically reserved for candidates with extensive, directly relevant experience and a proven track record of success in comparable roles and environments.
