Job Description:

  • Successfully lead a software engineering team, ensuring end-to-end delivery of products and/or projects aligned with business objectives, processes, and standards.
  • This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with technical execution, fostering innovation, and driving continuous improvement.
  • The successful incumbent must have a proven leadership in managing software delivery across the full lifecycle.
  • Strong stakeholder management and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing technical talent.
  • A track record of driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Software Delivery & Project Management

  • Own the full product/project lifecycle from inception to decommissioning.
  • Align strategy with business and customer needs.
  • Ensure compliance, performance tracking, and benefit realization.

Team Management

  • Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent.
  • Drive performance development and career growth.
  • Manage team budgets and resource planning.

Continuous Improvement

  • Champion automation and software engineering maturity.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and trends.

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Education: Relevant Diploma or Degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 8–10 years of relevant work experience in software engineering.
  • Certifications: Not mandatory, but advantageous.
