This is a remote position.
Join AXL Labs to shape the visual identity of our AI products and open-source initiatives. You will create compelling marketing collateral, social media assets, and branding materials for products like Converse and the Delta Initiative. You will play a crucial role in translating complex technological concepts into highly engaging and accessible visual stories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design digital assets including social media posts, blog graphics, ad creatives, and email newsletter templates.
- Develop physical branding materials like brochures, pitch decks, and event banners.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to create visually appealing technical diagrams and feature announcements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strictly Freshers & Final Years Only: This internship is exclusively open to freshers and final year students.
- Automatic Rejection Criteria: Candidates with prior professional experience, as well as college students who are not yet in their final year, will not be considered and will be automatically rejected.
- Portfolio Requirement: Applicants must submit a portfolio or links to prior personal design projects to demonstrate their capabilities.
Requirements
- Proficiency in standard graphic design tools (Affinity Suite, Figma, Canva) and familiarity with alternatives like the Affinity Suite.
- Deep understanding of visual communication, color theory, grid systems, and typography.
- A creative portfolio showcasing modern branding, digital asset creation, and layout design.
- Ability to iterate rapidly based on feedback and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
Bonus / Good-to-Have Skills:
- Video editing and motion graphics (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Familiarity with AI generation tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion) to speed up mood-boarding and asset creation.
- Basic 3D modeling and rendering (Blender).
