As a member of the Product Integrity & Release Readiness (PIT) team, you will be a hands-on contributor to the operational rhythm, data analysis, and coordination activities that enable the team's singular accountability model for digital launch readiness. Reporting to the Manager of PIT, you will help synchronize software-paced releases with hardware milestones, support quality governance across teams, and help scale a repeatable readiness model from North America to Ford's global markets.
