We’re seeking someone to join our Enterprise Technology team as a Java EAI Developer, in Human Resources, Digital Marketing & Corporate Communication Technology who will be responsible for integrating data from multiple source platforms using SOAP, REST, Java and Apache Camel, loading data into a MongoDB database, and designing and optimizing database structures. Additionally, the role involves building RESTful services for use by downstream consumers and ensuring the security of sensitive HR data through advanced data encryption technologies

What you’ll do in the role:

Extract, transform, and load data from various platforms into MongoDB using SOAP, REST, Java, and Apache Camel

Design and optimize database structures in MongoDB for efficient data storage and retrieval

Develop and maintain RESTful services to support data integration and access

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and system interoperability

Implement and maintain data encryption technologies to protect sensitive HR data

Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations

Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues in a timely manner

Skills required:

Excellent working knowledge of Java, Spring, ORM, RDBMS (DB2), Restful Web services

RDBMS Sybase and/or DB2 is preferable, with a proficiency in writing complex SQL queries

Enterprise Application Integrations / Vendor Integration

Experience in Agile development practices

Object Oriented Design and Development

Exposure to working in a global delivery team

Strong ownership mentality with and the focus on production stability and customer satisfaction
