  • Monitoring service requests, including account maintenance, software installations, and desktop services.
  • Reviewing and updating work instructions, documenting new incident fixes, and proactively identifying incident trends.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the Service Desk and collaborating with teams to identify process efficiencies and periods of increased demand.
  • Providing support to the Service Desk when required by assisting with Incident Management and Request Fulfilment activities, as well as handling inbound phone calls.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Active NV1 security clearance is required.
  • Demonstrated experience providing IT support, desktop support, or field services.
  • Sound knowledge of technologies including ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, network printing, MDM, and Autopilot.
