About the team: Our team empowers customers, associates, and shoppers to effortlessly locate products in-store by creating intuitive digital map experiences that redefine navigation and shopping at Walmart. Collaborating across functions, we prioritize scalable, customer-focused outcomes and continuously refine our product roadmaps. What you'll do:

  • Shape and drive product strategy across multiple related products, leveraging deep domain expertise and data-driven insights.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive product roadmaps ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical feasibility.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across Customer, Shopper and Associate experiences.
  • Influence enterprise-level decisions through advanced analytics, opportunity sizing, and competitive market analysis.
  • Mentor product managers and promote best practices to elevate product management discipline.
  • Oversee product lifecycle from ideation through value realization, ensuring continuous optimization and risk mitigation.
  • Foster collaboration with stakeholders to align product vision and execution.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
