Project Description
Our company has been engaged to lead a structured discovery exercise for a new Member Management System. The project is focused on assessing the existing platform, understanding operational needs, and defining a practical MVP scope for the future solution, ensuring the final recommendation is grounded in real business operations.

What You'll Do
- Conduct structured stakeholder interviews with client stakeholders, operations staff, club managers, power users, and subject matter experts to understand current workflows, needs, and pain points;
- Coordinate with field research activities to capture on-the-ground club operations, user workflows, and process gaps;
- Analyze existing system functionality and document a module-by-module feature inventory, including MVP, post-MVP, removable, and off-the-shelf functionality;
- Document business rules, workflows, and operational requirements across key business areas, including members, scheduling, billing and subscriptions, personal training, check-in and access control, POS, KidCare, and corporate operations;
- Facilitate MVP scoping discussions, define in-scope and out-of-scope functionality, and help prevent scope creep;
- Map feature dependencies and support definition of the minimum viable feature set for pilot locations;
- Provide business analysis inputs for roadmap planning, operational cost assessment, ROI modeling, delivery approach, and final assessment documentation;
- Participate in regular business-facing meetings and ensure clear communication between stakeholders and delivery teams;
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst;
- Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and translating operational workflows into structured business documentation;
- Strong ability to document business rules, workflows, requirements, scope decisions, and feature dependencies;
- Experience evaluating software platforms and classifying features by priority, such as MVP, post-MVP, remove, or off-the-shelf;
- Strong workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to drive scoping discussions and support business decision-making;
- Experience supporting roadmap planning, MVP definition, and business / financial modeling inputs;
- Comfortable working with GitHub and Markdown-based documentation;
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders and clearly present findings;
- Familiarity with subscription-based membership businesses, fitness operations, or multi-location operations is a plus;
- English level: B2 or higher;
