Description

C. Mack Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Developer with agile methodology experience to join our team and support a complex program to provide Agile development and operations and maintenance for critical systems on a mission-critical program for the Federal Government.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop APEX code and triggers
  • Experienced with automating complex business processes with Salesforce Flow Builder
  • Develop test classes to ensure minimum 75% code coverage
  • Perform CI/CD activities
  • Debug existing code base and take necessary corrective actions
  • Troubleshoot production issues and determine root cause
  • Serve as primary system administrator for the enterprise Salesforce.com environment
  • Work with Salesforce Data Loader for data updates
  • Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
  • Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative development, and change management activities
  • Assist in training new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization

Requirements

You must live within the DC, MD, VA area.

U.S. Citizenship is required. Candidate must be able to obtain CBP Public Trust.

  • College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline
  • Minimum three years of experience as a Salesforce.com developer
  • Salesforce.com developer certifications
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom components to meet user requirements
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
  • Experience in creating Unlocked Packages is preferred, but not required
  • Previous experience working in a Scrum or Agile environment preferred

  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Work Location: This position is limited to candidates residing in U.S. states where the company is currently registered to employ team members.

Salary Range: $85,000 – $120,000 annually

This position may be filled at the Junior (3+) and Mid (5+) level based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience. Final compensation will be determined based on level alignment, experience, education, and internal equity.
