How you’ll make an impact:
- Serve as a trusted finance partner to Medical, Clinical, and Regulatory Affairs, supporting operating expense management, headcount planning, strategic investments, and resource prioritization.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and cross-functional partners to influence decisions and support achievement of strategic and financial objectives.
- Own month-end and quarterly close process for respective teams, delivering timely and accurate reporting, variance analysis, and actionable insights to leadership.
- Develop monthly forecasts, annual operating plan, and strategic plan through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring spend and investments align with key operational deliverables and strategic priorities.
- Analyze financial performance to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers; recommend actions to improve outcomes and support informed decision-making.
- Create clear, concise presentations that communicate financial results, performance metrics, expense drivers, and business implications to stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate reporting and planning processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
What you'll need (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field is required
- Minimum of 5 years of Finance/Accounting experience is required
- Experience working in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or equivalent work experience is preferred
What else we look for (Preferred):
- MBA or Master’s degree
- CPA, CMA or other advanced certifications
- Hands-on experience with OneStream, JDE, Oracle, Anaplan, or similar financial planning and reporting systems.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Strong communication, consultative, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions.
- Ability to prepare and present financial results, business insights, and actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into meaningful business insights.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles and GAAP.
- Self-motivated, adaptable professional with a high level of accountability, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $81,000 to $116,000 (highly experienced).
