A leading healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery (L&D) Nursing Manager to lead its team at a major medical center in Seattle, WA. This full-time, day-shift leadership role oversees clinical and operational activities within a high-volume L&D department and offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance.

  • Oversee staffing, retention, performance, and staff development
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and department goals
  • Collaborate with clinical educators, CNS, providers, and nursing leadership

Department Overview:

  • 30 labor beds
  • 9-bed OB Emergency Department
  • 4 OB operating rooms
  • BSN from an accredited nursing program, or ADN with commitment to obtain BSN within 2 years
  • Active Washington RN license
  • Current AHA BLS certification
  • 3+ years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
  • 1+ year of first-line management experience preferred
  • MSN or related Master's Degree preferred
